Peter Simpkins
Peter Anthony Simpkins (27 November 1928 - 4 January 2011) was a former English cricketer. Simpkins was a right-handed batsman who bowled slow left-arm orthodox. He was born at Dover, Kent.
Simpkins made his Minor Counties Championship debut for Berkshire in 1958 against Dorset. From 1958 to 1976, he represented the county in 121 Minor Counties Championship matches, the last of which came in the 1976 Championship when Berkshire played Oxfordshire.〔(Minor Counties Championship Matches played by Peter Simpkins )〕
Additionally, he also played 2 List-A matches for Berkshire. His first for the county came against Hertfordshire in the 1966 Gillette Cup.
